萌妹社区 Senior Living|Multi-Family recently joined Ensign Services for a groundbreaking ceremony for the Grossmont Post Acute Care Center in La Mesa, California. The new 50,750 SF center builds on Ensign鈥檚 existing experience and expertise to offer premier inpatient short-term rehabilitation and skilled nursing services, along with outpatient rehabilitation services. The聽two-story聽development聽consists of 102 semi-private skilled nursing beds and three private skilled beds.聽The metal framed facility is classified structurally as OSHPD 1 due to Type II-A Construction.
The new features: a large therapy area for physical, speech and occupational therapies; multiple dining, recreation, salon and gathering areas; outdoor courtyards for recreation and therapy; lower-level tenant spaces for lease and expanded resident services. Our team looks forward to the successful project completion in 2023!
